About Me.

Taylor Ryan is a community advocate, opportunity facilitator, speaker, and consultant with a passion for food justice, social equity, and grassroots organizing. As the founder and executive director of Change Today, Change Tomorrow, Taylor has dedicated her career to tackling systemic inequities, with a focus on activating Black communities. With two master’s degrees in Adult Education and Leadership Studies, she has led countless initiatives that have provided critical resources, from food access to disaster relief, all while advocating for sustainable, community-driven solutions.

 

Taylor is the creator of Sloane Impact Consulting (SIC), where she partners with organizations to design effective strategies for grassroots movements, food justice, and racial equity. Known for her hands-on workshops, engaging panel discussions, and thought-provoking keynotes, Taylor is committed to helping others lead with community at the center. Her work has earned her recognition for transforming lives and sparking real change in the underserved areas she serves.

When Taylor isn’t consulting, speaking, or working on her nonprofit, she’s being an amazing mother to her 6-year-old son, who loves music, Minecraft, sports, and math.
